1. About Anything Marketplace

Anything Marketplace operates an online classified marketplace that allows businesses and individuals to advertise equipment, vehicles, machinery and other items for sale.

Listings may include, but are not limited to:

• cars and vehicles
• trucks and transport equipment
• trailers
• agricultural and farming equipment
• industrial machinery
• construction equipment
• other commercial equipment or goods

The Platform provides advertising and communication tools that enable buyers and sellers to connect.

2. Marketplace Role

Anything Marketplace operates solely as an online marketplace platform.

Except where expressly stated:

• we do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing information
• we do not verify ownership, title, condition or legality of listed goods
• we are not responsible for any transaction, agreement or dispute between users

3. Accuracy of Listings

Listings on the Platform are created and managed by users.

Anything Marketplace:

• does not guarantee that listings are accurate, complete, or up-to-date
• does not warrant that items are fit for purpose, roadworthy, or legally owned by the seller
• does not verify that items are free of finance or security interests

Buyers are responsible for performing their own checks including:

• verifying seller identity
• inspecting goods
• confirming specifications
• checking the Personal Property Securities Register (PPSR) where relevant
• confirming prices, taxes, freight and government charges

Prices displayed on listings may exclude GST, delivery, registration or other statutory costs unless stated otherwise.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

By using Anything Marketplace you warrant that:

• you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements
• all information you provide is accurate and truthful
• you will comply with all applicable laws

5. User Accounts

Certain services may require users to create an account.

You agree to:

• keep your login credentials secure
• not share your account with others
• notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use

You are responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

Anything Marketplace reserves the right to edit, refuse, suspend or remove listings or user content that violate these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Licence to Use User Content

By posting or uploading content to the Platform, you grant Anything Marketplace a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to:

• publish
• display
• reproduce
• modify
• distribute
• promote

such content for the purposes of operating, marketing, and improving the Platform.

You confirm that you have the right to grant this licence.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

• publish misleading or fraudulent listings
• impersonate another person or business
• distribute spam or unsolicited advertising
• upload malicious software or viruses
• attempt to access restricted systems
• scrape or harvest data from the Platform
• interfere with the operation or security of the Platform

Anything Marketplace may suspend or permanently block users who engage in prohibited conduct.

9. Communications Between Users

The Platform may provide tools that allow users to communicate with each other.

Anything Marketplace:

• does not monitor all communications
• does not guarantee responses from sellers
• is not responsible for the content of messages exchanged between users

You should treat communications cautiously and verify information independently.

These links are provided for convenience only.

Anything Marketplace:

• does not control these external websites
• is not responsible for their content or services
• does not endorse any third-party providers

Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk.

11. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Platform including:

• the Anything Marketplace brand
• logos
• software
• website design
• text and content

are owned by or licensed to Anything Marketplace.

You may not:

any part of the Platform without prior written permission.

12. Availability of the Platform

Anything Marketplace does not guarantee that the Platform will be:

• uninterrupted
• error-free
• secure

13. Limitation of Liability
