1. Promotion Period

This is an ongoing promotion. Entries close at 11:59pm AEST on the last Thursday of each month, with a draw conducted on the last Friday of each month.

2. Eligibility

• Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over.
• Employees of Anything Marketplace and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
• Entrants must complete a valid finance pre-approval application through Anything Marketplace during the applicable monthly entry period.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

• Submit a finance pre-approval application for any vehicle listed on Anything Marketplace during the applicable monthly entry period.
• Each completed and valid application counts as one (1) entry.

Incomplete, fraudulent, or duplicate entries may be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of the promoter.

4. Prize

• One (1) winner will be drawn each month and will receive a $500 fuel card.
• The fuel card brand and type will be determined by the promoter.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

5. Winner Selection

• One (1) winner will be selected at random on the last Friday of each month from all eligible entries received during that month.
• The draw will take place at the promoter’s nominated location.
• The winner will be notified via phone and/or email within 5 business days of the draw.

6. Prize Claim

• The winner must claim the prize within 14 days of notification.
• If the prize is not claimed within this timeframe, the promoter reserves the right to redraw a new winner on the first Friday of the following month.

7. General Conditions

• By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
• The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms.
• The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances.

8. Privacy

• Any personal information collected will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s Privacy Policy and used for the purposes of administering this promotion and related services.

9. Liability

• To the extent permitted by law, the promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered in connection with this promotion or acceptance of the prize.
